Asprey Moments
Margaret Thatcher's Handbags
Margaret Thatcher was famous for her beautiful handbags. Her black Asprey bag was at her side during some of the most important summits with President Ronald Reagan during the 1980s.
Designed by Asprey as part of a set of geometric vide poches, this piece features colourful patterning and is hand finished with platinum. Made from fine bone china, the vide poche (meaning 'empty pocket' in French) is intended to be a trinket tray used for holding the contents of your pockets, or equally as a beautiful object with which to decorate your home. Please note that this is therefore a decorative item and is not for food use.
Asprey’s London based workshops house our expert artisans and are truly unique. All products are guaranteed.
