Rightly considered a British tradition, this beautiful, hard-wearing saddle leather has been produced by tanners and manufacturers for equestrian use for centuries. The beauty of this type of leather transfers exceptionally well to leather-goods. The vegetable tanning and natural dying processes make for the most distinctive appearance enhanced by stitching, edging and veining.

Saddle leather is a traditional quality of leather that evolves, changes, softens and patinas over time, and Asprey saddle leather products maintain the visible characteristics of the leather. Maintain its beauty to ensure it endures through time. Avoid direct contact with heat, water, light & oil, as well as any situation that is either too humid or dry. Wipe away any moisture as soon as possible. When not in use, store your leather product in the dust bag provided and in a clean, dry, temperate atmosphere. Commercial care products are not kind to Asprey saddle leather products. A soft dry cloth is sufficient to maintain the beauty of the leather.
