This 1781 Pochette is made in vibrant flamingo pink chevre leather. The 1781 collection of handbags is designed to celebrate the establishment of Asprey in that year and the styling harks back to early travel bags. Wear the endlessly versatile 1781 pochette with the belt strap elegantly closed or open for a more informal look. Hold in the hand or wear cross body on the detachable shoulder strap closure.
Product Care Asprey goatskin, originating in Madras and produced by a specialist tannery in France, is recognisable by its unique grain, which is created by boarding the leather. This consists of rolling the leather against itself, grain against grain, to define the grain. This is done in several different directions to create an irregular but harmonious grain with a slight shine. Goatskin leather is soft, supple and very durable because of the natuarally high presence of lanolin in the leather. It will soften over time, becoming more supply and silky. Maintain the beauty of your Asprey goatskin product to ensure it endures though time. Avoid direct contact with heat, water, light & oil, as well as any situation that is either too humid or dry. Wipe away any moisture as soon as possible. When not in use, store your goatskin product in the dust bag provided and in a clean, dry, temperate atmosphere. Commercial care products are not kind to Asprey goatskin products. A soft dry cloth is sufficient to maintain the beauty of the leather.
All Asprey products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase (this in no way affects your statutory rights). Should any manufacturing fault appear on your Asprey product within twelve months of purchase, please return it to us with proof of purchase.
