About the Material Unquestionably the most precious and luxurious of leathers, crocodile is also one of the most beautiful. Valued for it's rarity, and with a variety of finishes, Asprey has selected to craft this briefcase in millennium finish. Crocodile skin is difficult to work, and Asprey’s craftsmen are the best and most experienced with this unique leather.
Product Care All Asprey crocodile products are either Nile or Porossus Crocodile or Mississippi Alligator, and are all protected by the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species. Maintain the beauty of your Asprey Crocodilian product to ensure it endures through time. The precious nature of these leathers require that it is kept away from direct contact with heat, water, light & oil, all of which can cause damage to the appearance of the skin. Wipe away any moisture as soon as possible. When not in use, store it in the dust bag provided and in a clean, dry, temperate atmosphere.
Commercial care products are not kind to Asprey crocodile products. A soft dry cloth is sufficient to maintain the beauty of the leather. Should there be a problem, we recommend you contact us for some expert TLC, using the Asprey after-sales service.
All Asprey products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase (this in no way affects your statutory rights). However, in the unlikely event that your Asprey product does not match up to our exacting standards, we will try our hardest to put matters right. Should any manufacturing fault appear on your Asprey product within twelve months of purchase, please return it to us with proof of purchase. Where possible we will try to repair it, or if it cannot be repaired, we will replace it for you.
For any damage resulting from normal "wear and tear", an accident, or damage that has occurred outside of our guarantee period, please contact our Customer Service team (customerservices@asprey.com) who will be pleased to provide you with a quote for repair where possible. Please be aware that repairs may take up to twelve weeks.
