These nautical salt and pepper mills are made by hand in Asprey London workshops, from coloured glass with a sterling silver frame. They refer to the left (port) and right (starboard) sides of a ship and are coloured appropriately. The (red) salt grinder is gilded inside to prevent corrosion.
